I have been a product designer for about seven years, with a main focus on delivering better solutions for both users and companies. Whether it be a service or a product, I enjoy talking to people and am an easy-going, fast learner. My dream is to work for a foreign company.
Throughout my day, I use design thinking methodologies to ask the right questions and help improve products or services. My work is end-to-end, from the initial discovery phase to the final design process, delivering a tested prototype that has been validated with users.
I document all design steps in Miro or Confluence for future reference, always with the mindset of spreading the design process to other areas of the company. Additionally, I have experience leading design teams, having been the team leader at Webmotors, where I led the Cockpit design team.
I have worked for great companies such as Hospital Sírio Libanês, Webmotors, Porto Seguro, Natura&Co, BEES AbInbev, and Raízen.
I am proud to present the complete process that I personally worked on for an entire year at Natura. This process involved every step from discovery to delivery, and utilized the most effective design thinking methodologies available.
